Resource Planning Leader

The Resource Leader - Materials is responsible for managing the functions of materials planning, materials scheduling, shipping, receiving, transportation, and inventory control for direct and indirect materials. Responsibilities also include managing the third party logistics, MRO, transportation, and returnable container providers. Bachelor's Degree; or at least 7 years of materials management, purchasing or logistics experience At least 5 years of materials management, purchasing or logistics experience At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience  Positive Attitude, Ethics, and International Values which support our company's values, and a healthy, high performance culture Desired Skills: Bachelor's degree in business or logistics management preferred At lest five years of production and inventory control experience At least five years of purchasing, logistics, and transportation experience At least two years of spreadsheet and database development and MRP systems experience At least two years experience with lean manufacturing and ISO/TS quality operating systems Customer focus Drive for results Interpersonal savvy Visit us at www.Navistar.com to discover more about our organization.
