We're looking for people who can make a difference because we believe that an innovative oriented team can accomplish anything!The Lube Technician position requires:Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance. Lube Technicians must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time & must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.Lube Technician Responsibilities include:o Injects grease into units, such as springs, universal joints, and steering knuckles, using hand or compressed-air powered grease gun o Inspects fluid levels of steering gear, power steering reservoir, transmission, differential, rear axle housings and shackles o Checks air pressure of tires o Lubricates moving parts with specific lubricants o Drains oil from crankcase and refills with required amount of oil o Spray leaf springs with lubricant, using spray gun o Replace oil and air filters o Inspects all vehicles for additional repairs needed Required Experienceo 2 years of experience as a technician's helper or apprentice in an automobile dealership preferredo Must be able to make good judgement calls CompensationWe offer competitive pay, health, dental, life, and disability insurance, 401(k) program, paid vacation, Employee Vehicle Purchase Program, professional working environment, job specific training and fantastic advancement opportunities.
