My client  also provides batteries for automobiles and hybrid-electric vehicles, along with systems engineering and service expertise. Quality Manager- West Point, GA- 35360 Summary:This candidate will establish and review annual quality improvement plans as well as plant operational plans. He/She will be responsible for continuous improvement in quality key measure performance and customer satisfaction for assigned area. Responsibilities: Ensure that all QE deliverables are executed on time Develop key cutomer relationships in the supplier quality area for successful execution of launches Develop QE resource budgets and staffing needs Develop and execute individual development plant and performance reviews for each QE Actively participate in program reviews and phase exit reviews Advanced quality planning including familiarity with the AIAG Advnaced Quality Planning and Control Plan standard, FMEA’s, PPAPs, Dimensional layouts, gage/fixture design, and Performance/material testing Required Skills: Fluent in speaking Korean BS Degree 3-5 years experience Certified Six Sigma Green Belt Knowledge in quality disciplines including ISO/TS 16949 or QS 9000, Continuous Improvement, TQM, PPAP, FMEA, Contorl Plans, DoE, SPC Leadership/management experience Manufacturing experience (automotive industry preferred) How to Apply:Please send Microsoft Word version of your resume to MarciSanders@spherion.com Include Job Title, Location, and Salary Requirements in subject line  Since 1946, Spherion has been helping talented individuals find rewarding job opportunities that drive excellence in their career.
