This position will pay a base of  up to 100K+ plus bonus and excellent benefit package.  ABOUT THE JOBAs Sourcing Manager – Raw Materials, you will work with the Supply Chain team and numerous manufacturing facilities on a global basis. You will be in charge of  key commodities involved in the manufacture of the company’s line of industrial products. Requirements include: SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:A minimum of  5-7 years in Purchasing Management and / or Materials Management or Global Sourcing with significant experience in the  raw materials area.  We prefer 3-5 years of  experience in the Global Sourcing, three years in a supervisory capacity and also a solid track record in Supply Chain / Materials Management. You must have a track record of proven success in cost reduction and productivity improvement using innovative approaches to Supply Chain Management. Experience in E-Commerce, E-Auctions, E-Sourcing is preferred. We prefer a candidate who has been managing a total spend of  $100M-$200M+ with at least 20% in E-Commerce. Excellent knowledge of systems, such as SAP, ERP, MRP, JD Edwards is preferred.. Six Sigma background and experience in Lean Manufacturing is also highly desired.
