Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Develop & Manage formal integrated program plans & budgetsManage multiple concurrent programs & prioritize resources accordinglyInteract with Senior Level Management & CustomersPrepare & Deliver presentations to Senior Management & CustomersDefine requirements based on customer & corporate expectationsArrange, facilitate & keep minutes/action items of Internal Team meetings. customer meetings & daily start up meetingsDevelop timing & technical content for proposalsGenerate monthly “Cost to Completeâ€� &  “Program Snapshotâ€� reportsFacilitate cross functional problem solving with project team

 

Education, Specialized Training and Experience Required:

 

· Engineering Degree (Mech, Elect or Systems)

· Familiarity and understanding of hybrid drive technology

· 10+ years professional experience in an Engineering environment

· 5+ years experience as a Project/Program Manager

· Available to travel up to 10% of the time

· Experience in Automotive projects would be an asset

· Demonstrated Leadership and Communication skills

 

 

Other:

 

· Domestic travel up to 50% of the time

· Ability to use Microsoft Office, email programs, and the Internet.
