Production Technician - 2nd & 3rd ShiftDescription: Support day-to-day activities working on high-volume industrial production lines as a machine operator, when not performing repairs and routine maintenance on the machines as needed to keep the production line up and running.Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic systems.Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, operation and repair manuals, and also be able to follow other types of written and verbal instructions. Requirements: Experience working on high-volume industrial production equipment.Strong mechanical aptitude.Experience with conventional hand tools.Knowledge of high and low-voltage, (24 volt, 110 volt, 480 volt) and proficient with the use of electrical test equipment; voltmeter, amp meter, etc. PLC experience.Able to set up and operate conventional shop tools and fabrication equipment such as drill press, grinder, band saw, taps, solder, etc. to repair or make parts.Ability to dismantle, install or upgrade equipment of fairly complicated design, from blueprints, detailed drawings, instructions or sketches.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to work overtime as needed.VOLT is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Location: Queen Creek, AZ Type: CONTRACT Duration: 180 - 365 Days Pay Rate: 15.00 - 22.00 DOE Contact: Volt Technical ResourcesVolt Workforce Solutions3020 E.
