Production Supervisor
A Carrollton Manufacturing Operation is looking for a Production Supervisor. Reporting to the Production Manager, the successful candidate in this position will manage all aspects of manufacturing. Reports for this position include 25-35 direct labor employees. Candidates will have and utilize the following skills, experience and abilities:
Production supervision in machining and assembly operations. Candidates with union environment experience ideal. Managing daily production operations, including the ability to effectively interface with Maintenance, Quality, Production Control, Design and Manufacturing Engineering. Continuous improvement experience. MRP/ERP and Excel literate. QAD MFG/PRO experiences a plus. Ability to work through problems and develop appropriate, successful solutions. Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment, including hands on supervisory roles in Manufacturing. QS-9000, TS16949, ISO14001 experience and knowledge desirable. Problem solver who focuses on resolving issues in production areas, not conference rooms.
