Production Supervisor to $75K
Central New Jersey manufacturer of precision metal products for the automotive, aerospace, and the medical electronic industry; the company distributes its products to dozens of countries around the world.
Company is seeking a Take Charge Production Supervisor who will direct a staff of 10 on the Third Shift (11pm to 7 am Monday to Friday). Supervisor “must be a real supervisor”. We prefer a strong personality versus a technical savvy person.
Responsibilities:
*Manage the third shift
*Coordinate the shift production schedule with the plant manager
*Monitor the production process, makes periodic checks and equipment adjustments
*Exercise good work practices according to standard operating procedures
*Interface with manufacturing and support groups to address and resolve issues
Required:
*Bachelors Degree preferred
*2 to 5 years manufacturing experience
*Complete management of the third shift
