Our client, an expanding Grand Rapids area automotive manufacturer, has a new position available for a highly experienced Thermoform Manager to join their team!

Requirements include:College classes or degree a plus but not necessary. Minimum of 7 years leadership experience in a THERMOFORMING environment. Experience running thermoforming machines (you have possibly worked your way up in that environment). Possess experience in all phases of thermoforming production (including project management and hiring, disciplinary actions, training, etc.). Experience with lean manufacturing/continuous improvement. Must possess proven leadership and mentoring skills, including an excellent work history/attendance record. Possess strong computer and communication skills, along with ability to work with people at all levels from the shop floor to the company President.
