Payroll Administrator
Manufacturing Facility located near NE Columbia is looking for a sharp, well organized and detail oriented Payroll Administrator. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in a position responsible for the payroll function. This individual must be analytical and proficient with Excel. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask are critical. Experience with ADP is preferred.
The primary role is to perform bi-weekly payroll processing and the secondary duties include: Responsible for various Payroll, and HR related reportingResponsible for Enterprise Zone reporting, and refund calculation401K Administration including quarterly participant sign-up and changes, rollovers, 401k terminations, and annual reporting.Maintain, and monitors ADP Enterprise EtimeMaintain all payroll records, and performs new hire, and termination data entryAssists HR in Benefit related issuesOther responsibilities, and duties as assigned
Associates degree in Accounting is preferred.
