Parts Manager

 

We are looking for a candidate to become our Parts Manager.  The purpose of this position is to oversee Wholesale/Retail operations and manage inventory.

 

Duties: Order parts needed daily for ongoing repair jobs. Receive parts ordered into accounting system and insure correct job costing. Take customer calls and solve service related issues and problems. Process and mail completed service invoices. Create customer estimates from work orders. Develop marketing plans to grow part sales. Manage and train other parts department employees

 

Requirements: 5-7 years experience The ideal candidate should have prior experience in dealing with or selling service parts or service work.  Previous management experience .  Must have excellent customer service skills.  Experience with MS Office applications and is also required.  Desire to grow parts department and personally profit from growth
