Paint Supervisor Exempt

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: •To supervise manufacturing work teams in the quality, productivity and continuous improvement goals of the organization•Supervise the daily assembly process and production goals in the assigned department•Lead implementation of programs with the work teams regarding plant policies, procedures and safety requirements. Monitor work areas to assure compliance with safety and environmental policies•Participate in the selection, training, and corrective action of employees within the production unit•Maintain quality standards and cost efficiency. •Improve area performance by utilizing principles of the Truck Operating Systems (TOS)•Meet SQDCM targets•Mentor team leaders on job responsibilitiesMINIMUM PREFERENCES: Bachelor’s degree Business, Technical or applicable discipline is required. Five years of production experience and two years of team leader experience are required.
