The successful candidate will be responsible for e-coat, powder, and liquid paint systems and processes. This person will also develop capital improvements, participate on our technology team, lead special projects and develop applications for product development and design.QualificationsB.S. in Chemistry with emphasis in polymers and coatings or B.S. in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, Masters is a plus. Prefer candidates with 5+ years experience but will consider less experienced candidates who have an excellent academic background and a long term interest in the paint and coatings field. The successful candidate must have a passion for paint and coatings.
