PARALEGAL

TK Holdings Inc., (Takata) is a global Tier 1 automotive supplier of airbags, seat belts, steering wheels, interior trim, and occupant detection systems. We are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal within our Auburn Hills, MI facility.  Ideal candidate will have the following:

 One to three years’ experience as a Paralegal, preferably in a corporate law environment or a multi-department law firm. Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency in analysis and/or project management. Ability to communicate effectively with senior management. Demonstrated proficiency in legal research and writing. Legal matter management. Document management and collaboration. Associate’s degree with Paralegal certification or equivalent education and experience. Computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Minimal travel required
