Marketing Manager

Position Qualifications:

 

Education:  4-year college degree in marketing or communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

 

Work Experience:  Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing with meaningful experience in internet marketing. 

 

Knowledge and Skills:  Customer focused, ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, ability to design and launch creative marketing programs in a sales-driven environment, ability to develop and execute online marketing strategies, and the ability to integrate internet and traditional marketing programs.  Must have the ability to work independently, work within a team environment, and have experience working with manufacturers on joint marketing programs.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

·  Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies that support a new, expanded company positioning that assists in business development and generates sales

·  Define marketing budgets and campaign metrics.  Monitor and measure campaigns to improve results and achieve pre-defined goals. 

·  Manage product positioning across all go-to-market outlets

·  Proactively support joint company - manufacturer’s marketing programs, to include the management of manufacturer’s co-op programs and budgets

·  Lead the building of website(s) that successfully market our products, services and knowledge and serves as a portal of information and resources to our customers

·  Develop and execute internet marketing strategies and plans to generate sales and / or sales leads

·  Create and implement proactive outbound e-mail marketing campaigns

·  Develop advertising materials for print media

·  Develop creative and effective sales support tools

·  Develop and support trade event activities
