We are currently seeking candidates for a Regional Sales Manager position.


You will perform activities in order to acheive sales targets, which include the following duties :
Grow sales by providing solutions to existing customers and the development of new accounts in assigned area.Identify and evaluate customer needs in order to recommend the best solution.Manage and grow accounts by maintaining and strengthening customer relationships.Deliver company presentations.Document customers contacts within provided database.Prepare bi-weekly status reports to reflect current and projected revenue, as well as client activity.

Here are the requirements :
Bachelor's degree is preferred.1 to 2 years experience in a similar job.Any other relevant studies and/or experience will be considered.Excellent communication and presentation skills.A high energy – highly motivated individual.Highly autonomous.Sales driven.Ability to persevere.Strong cold-calling skills are essential.Microsoft computer skills : Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and ACT.Knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging industry an asset.Willingness to travel extensively throughout the east coast and mid-west of the United States (3-4 days/week, by air/car).Possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a DMV driving record in good standing.Successfully complete a background check and security check and drug screen.
