Market Grocery Manager- New Braunfels, TX

This position will be based in New Braunfels, TX. ¿ Drives Fresh business by assessing trends and demographics and ensuring effective merchandise presentation ¿ Models, enforces and provides direction and guidance to associates on proper customer service and needs of the community ¿ Ensures compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and quality assurance regulations ¿ Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates in multiple facilities by selection training and diversity inclusion. Requirements 1. 4 years of retail experience which includes one year of food retail experience AND one year experience managing multiple units and/ or salaried managementAdditional Preferred Requirements 1.
