Plant/Production ManagerÂ

Manufacturer of polyurethane components for heavy vehiclesÂ looking for plant or production manager.

Â

Candidate must have minimum 15 years of production management experienceÂ in high volume and/or lean manufacturing.Â Must have collegeÂ degree in industrial engineering, operations management or related area.Â

Â

Candidate will be responsibleÂ for supervision, training and safety of plant or production personnel as well as devising/planning/initiating process and quality improvement.Â Must have proven interpersonal skills, strong computer skills and have worked in an ISO9000, TQM or Six Sigma environment.Â Position reports to VP-Operations.
