Mercedes-Benz USA is actively seeking a Lead Automotive Systems Engineer to:
Manage and qualify Randstad technicians to fulfill all testing requirements by the QEC to analyze field parts. Develop and implement testing procedures to identify new quality issues or unjustified warranty claims. Assure that all test equipment is fully operational. Train and supervise Randstad technicians responsible for parts testing by familiarizing them with testing procedures and processes Develop qualification programs and train Randstad technicians Identify new quality issues or unjustified warranty claims by analyzing field parts Develop and implement new testing procedures and testing tools Identify process weaknesses of existing processes and optimize them Installation and maintenance of existing and new testing equipment. Interact with MBC and MBUSA engineers, generate reports about test results
This job position also requires the applicants to have the following Licenses / Certifications:
Certified Master Technician (ASE)
Certified Quality Analyst (CQA)
Six Sigma green belt
