Inventory Control Analyst
QualificationsQualified candidates must possess an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years Inventory Control experience. Must have working knowledge of Inventory Control, Purchasing, and Expediting. Must be proficient in MS Office Applications, Lotus Notes, and AS400. Responsibilities Communicating with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, forecasting information, discontinuations and part number interchanges. Working with Toyota and Automotive OES to implement the AC new model launch process, monitoring PN list, Toyota’s order and FC status. Determining stock levels by part number. Placing purchase orders to domestic and overseas suppliers. Maintaining stock level targets while maximizing on time delivery to customers. Working with Customer Service to update due dates. Monitoring and expediting supplier deliveries to avoid customer backorders.
