Injection Process Engineer

The Green Tokai Company is currently seeking a Process Engineer to work in our Injection Division. This position will provide engineering support to the production department in order to implement process improvements (cost reduction, quality improvement, reduce down time, improve tooling & equipment, etc.).  This candidate should be able to troubleshoot and repair equipment, be involved in our continuous improvement process.  Be able to obtain quotes from vendors for tooling and equipment.  Conduct job setups and startups.  Must be able to analyze scrap and laser data.  Candidate should also be able to provide cost-saving ideas to Management and Division.  An AS degree in Mechanical Engineering or other technical degree or equivalent professional experience.  An AAS is preferred.  5-7 years of injection molding experience is preferred.  Excellent computer skills, especially the Microsoft Suite.  Problem solving skills, and knowledge of robotics and injection machines are a plus.
