INSIDE SALS SPECIALIST- Dayton, OH

Position Description:

This position sells business forms and related products to assigned accounts in the auto-related markets via the telephone in an inside sales environment with assigned sales objectives. You will analyze customer needs and identify sales opportunities, recommending the company’s product to meet those needs. You will also build relationships with existing customers to grow existing business base and develop new business through highly-focused proactive prospecting and cold calling by identifying opportunities that generate sales, identifies new product needs and opportunities and establishes ongoing relationships. You must achieve and maintain a minimum of 100% of assigned sales quota and assigned sales growth objectives on a consistent and ongoing basis

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree3 years of successful documented sales experience with a sales process backgroundInside sales experience preferredHeavy phone experience with outbound call emphasisForms, Printing or Automotive industry experience a plusStrong communication skillsWell organized and detail oriented
