Human Resources Manager

The Ventra Evart Plant has an important opportunity for an experienced (10+ years) Human Resources Manager.  This position is a key one with a major, growing international automotive supplier.  The successful candidate must have:  *Strong labor relations skills (must have background dealing with the UAW); *Excellent communication skills:*Ability to work with all levels of an organization:  *Broad experience in benefits, recruiting, and safety:  *You must have experience dealing with governmental agencies and be familiar with the regulations and requirements of ADA, FMLA, FLSA and Immigration Law.  You must have background in a major manufacturing operation (500+ employees) and exposure to the automotive supplier environment.  You must have a college degree or equivalent experience.  We offer an excellent salary and benefit package.  Send your resume with salary requirements.
