Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Scrapit Inc. is a family owned scrap metal service company with over 50 years experience in the industry. We operate out of three yards, all located here in the Everett area.
Currently, there is an opening for a capable, experienced Heavy Equipment Service Mechanic to assist with daily support and repairs of various work machines: Bobcats/ Forklifts, Material Handlers/Excavators, Tractor Trailers/Rolloff Trucks, etc. This position requires a resourceful, skilled individual who can operate in the field, no matter the conditions.
Required Skills:
* Be competent with welding and cutting
* Have working knowledge of hydraulics
* Perform Diesel engine repairs and maintenance
* Be able to consistently perform well IN ANY WEATHER
Compensation will be determined on experience - competitve with market rates.
