Office & Administrative Assistant

We currently have an immediate position for a Office Assistant for our corporate office in the city of Orange, CA 92865. Interested candidates are required to have experience in upscale retail/wholesale environment with excellent communication skills. Must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task. An enthusiastic team player with "can-do" attitude is required.

Skill Requirements: Minimum 1-2 Years Office Assistant experience required Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Quickbooks (Can be trained on job if necessary) Professional Phone & Conversation Skills Strong writing skills Highly Organized & Task Oriented Attention to detail Multi Tasking Abilities Ability to be punctual, reliable & consistent

Job Duties: Answer inbound calls & filter calls to relevant party Generate outbound shipping labels Generate shipping rate quotes for customers Assist sales team with customer order updates Answer dealer questions via phone, email & AIM® Office Hours: 9am-5pm Dress code: Business Casual Strict Non Disclosure Policy

Starting pay is between $11-13 per hour depending upon experience.
