Field Representative - Automotive Aftermarket

Field Representative (2) – Aftermarket Sales -  Position location: (1) North East Region, (1) North Central RegionQualified candidates must possess 3-5 years of Automotive Aftermarket Sales experience.  Must be proficient in MS Office Applications.  Position requires a minimum of 70% travel.  Responsibilities will include providing a high level of service to Warehouse Distributors and Jobbers.  Visiting Installers and other members of the trade.  Generating prospects for new accounts.  Coordinating sales activities to ensure the attainment of sales objectives for the account and territory.  Monitoring sales, marketing and merchandising activities with Manufacturer Representatives assigned to the territory.  Ensuring the Field Management System is implemented and reports are available to evaluate performance.  Conducting periodic meetings to discuss sales performance, business problems and solutions.  Preparing monthly reports on territory activity.  Conducting market research on various products.  Recommending region specific sales promotions and monitoring performance.  Providing training on DENSO Spark Plug technology to current and prospective accounts.  Attending industry events and tradeshows.
