FEA Engineer to $80,000

Our client is a manufacturer of durable consumer products and they are looking for a FEA Engineer who will conduct Dynamics Analysis. This job is located near Oshkosh, WI. It is a great place to raise a family and a great company to grow a career with.
Requirements:
1. BSME and 2+ years of strong FEA Dynamics Analysis experience.
2. Experience with Dynamic Analysis software packages, they use MSC Adams and MSC Nastran. Knowledge of Pro-Mechanical, ANSYS and Pro-E
3. Helpful would be strong project leadership, supervision and organizational skills
4. One area a qualified person could come from is the appliance washer / dryer industry and another would be vehicle (car or truck) suspension systems.
Duties:
1. Utilize Finite Element Analysis to optimize designs for strength, fatigue, thermal, or mechanism analysis. Specifically, you will be conducting rotational analysis using MSC Adams and MSC.
2. Develop and validate new suspension designs for rotational equipment. This will include simulating stress conditions to determine optimal location and values for spring and damper systems.
3. Evaluate output forces of spring and damper systems for structural FEA analysis.
4. Develop guidelines and standards to improve the functionality and performance of products.
5. Work with manufacturing and laboratory to build and test models for correlation of FEA results.
6. Write technical reports of analysis and present findings to team members.
7. Participate in technical discussions and meetings related to new product development.
8. Generate, review, and approve the release of product engineering specifications as required to define product configurations and maintain product Bill of Material
