For our R&D Tire headquarters in Hanover, Germany we are currently looking for HIGH POTENTIALS for Conti EXPLORE (Talent Initiative of Research & Development Tires).Start your international career in the cutting edge, innovative R&D Tire business through Conti EXPLORE initiative (Talent Initiative of Research & Development Tires). Through the EXPLORE talent initiative, you will gain the broad experience base and network you need in order to take on a challenging position within Continental Research and Development Tires.As an EXPLORE High Potential, you will organize your own learning journey as part of an international team. During the program you are responsible for your extensive interdisciplinary training, both in-house and in the field.Supported by our experts, you will prove your abilities in two challenging R&D project assignments as well as one global business assignment. You will be responsible for the outcome, efficiency and investment of all your projects, and will present the results of one assignment directly to senior executives. To increase your international experience while gaining an understanding of production, you'll also spend three months in one of our plants worldwide. And to help you understand our customers' viewpoint, you'll spend three weeks in Marketing and Sales.Conti EXPLORE is open to university graduates (Bachelors, Masters or Ph.D.) with a chemistry, science or engineering background. Successful candidates have a passion for automobiles and technology, enjoy fresh challenges and have the vision, drive and leadership qualities it takes to see their projects through. While German language abilities are not important, good English skills are necessary.Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate in Engineering or related field. Must be willing to relocate to Hanover, Germany for a minimum of 3 years.Seeking entry level candidates with 3 years or less technical experience.
