Job Purpose:
Maintains the purchasing process by receiving, verifying, logging, and forwarding purchase orders; maintaining files; producing information.
Duties:Creating and managing supplier RFQ’s and the quote processFollow up with supplier and program teams Supporting supplier selection (excel spreadsheet skills a must), cost reduction and various administrative duties, email and phone communicationLook up and inquiry of Oracle purchasing elements and drawings
