Manpower Gold River is hiring Enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives for a Call Center in South Sacramento, near Elk Grove. Great opportunity for those wanting to exit long term Retail and enter a Call Center environment. Call Center Representatives will: *Respond to inbound calls from customers with inquiries on the vehicle purchasing process and store location, hours and sales information *Assist customers who want to donate their vehicle(s)*Provide customers with quotes *Process orders and account changes*Notate account with specifics and details *Receive and send faxes *Enter accurate data accurately into the computer system *Contact stores regarding tow scheduling, checks, title questions or when needed to resolve any customer complaints or concerns *Obtain and report customer feedback *Handle difficult customer questions *Follow up with customers when needed We are seeking qualified candidates who have all of the following: *Excellent verbal/written communication & interpersonal skills *Flexibility and excellent team work is an absolute must *Solid computer skills and database experience required *Must be self motivated and show initiative *Basic working experience in MS Word and Excel *Ability to work under pressure *Available to work weekends *Positive, Enthusiastic and Driven attitude.*1-2yr Call Center/Telemarketing or 3-5yrs Retail Experience*Exceptional Customer Service & Problem Solving skills*Proven attendance & non-tardy track record.*Flexible in working hours, including working weekends*Must be able to clear Background & Drug ScreensEmail your resumePlease click here,or copy and paste the following link into your email browser, to email your resume.
