Engineering Support / Product QC Manager
Principle job function will be to develop /share best production practices between MAU's and improve/ensure equal overall product quality for all Medium vehicles built. Study production methodologies together with MAU engineers. Analyze and compare methodologies between sites and external benchmarks. Initiate and implement projects to develop product for easier to assemble and/or to purchase components. Analyze processes, initiate and implement projects to improve product quality within the entire value chain of operations. Document quality processes between MAU, product line and sales companies. May include international travel to MAU facilities.Preferred candidates will have 5-10 years experience in mobile equipment assembly or design. Technical Degree preferred.Qualified candidates must have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of medium vehicle product and manufacturing processes.
