District Service Representative
- Installations, de-installations, maintenance, & field modifications to ensure reliable performance of navigation equipment using company approved methods & workmanship standards.
Position locationsinclude:Seattle WA, Atlanta GA, Albany NY, Denver CO, Minneapolis MN and Phoenix AZ (QC/Trainer) areas and may involve travel to these locations.
-Maintain customer relations on an operational level and provides technical assistance to client personnel and customers on product functionality.
-Position may require limited travel at some locations.
Position Requirements:
- High school graduate with 1-2 years experience with mobile electronics or other 12-volt installations such as navigation systems, car alarms or stereos preferred.
- Capable of individual quality decisions independent of direct supervision, setting proper task priorities, efficiently managing time and company resources.
- Excellent problem solving skills for on the spot resolution to customer concerns is needed. Basic computer, customer service, problem solving and good communication skills required.
- Knowledge of mobile electronics or other 12-Volt installations including navigation systems, car alarms, car stereos, etc.
-Other technical training and/or experience will be considered. Knowledge of customer service etiquette and problem solving techniques.
-MECP is preferred!!
- - Must possess a Valid Driver's License and be able to work outdoors in all types of weather.
