District Manager

Currently, we have an exciting position open for a District Manager.

The responsibilities include: Achieve annual sales goals as established for the districtOversee and direct the sales production, profitability and business activity of traditional distributors assigned to the districtRecruit to fill open routes and train new distributorsMeasure and monitor all business activity and fiscal responsibility of the distributors to ensure compliance with all company guidelines and policiesConduct monthly business meetings as required with emphasis on proactive selling and business resultsRide with distributors 3 days a week to develop them and their business.

The requirements include: 3-5 years experience in sales managementComputer knowledge included the Microsoft SuiteStrong business and work ethicExcellent interpersonal, written, and communication skillsAbility to train others in selling and collecting techniquesHighly developed team-building skillsUndergraduate degree preferred
