SUMMARY:
Â
To implement and manage district sales and business processes to attain HMFC sales and profit objectives.
Â
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Â
Attain HMFC sales and profit objectives within the district in terms of reaching assigned objectives in the following areas:
·        New Hyundai retail finance bookings both in absolute numbers and as a share of the available business
·        Leases by promoting HMFC programs where appropriate
·        HMFC/HMA products such as Hyundai Gap Protection and Hyundai Protection Plan
·        Provide support to Commercial Credit for wholesale dealers through review of audit reports and other activities as required
·        Collect all active dealer negative reserve amountsÂ
·        Follow up and secure titles outstanding

Become the primary contact for Hyundai dealers in the district to handle service issues. Accomplish this through mastery of HMFC’s systems and procedures and understanding of Service Center operations
Â
Develop the district’s sales action plan in conjunction with the Regional Finance Manager, including prioritizing dealer contact activity within the districtÂ
Â
Obtain competitive information including retail rates, lease programs and marketing programs. Provide ideas and suggestions for HMFC product, process and procedure improvement
Â
Perform other duties as assigned by management

REQUIRED SKILLS:
 Ability to develop positive, productive relationships with a wide variety of people including the facing HMA District Sales Manager, key dealer principles, dealership managers, HMFC Service Center personnel, and fellow employeesAbility to analyze situations and solve problems logically and effectivelyAbility to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writingAbility to organize tasks and priorities for maximum productivity and efficiency so that assignments are completed within a reasonable time frameMastery of concepts, ideas and procedures needed for the District Finance Manager positionAbility to meet HMFC standards of accuracy and thoroughnessAbility to respond effectively to crises and changing prioritiesAbility to gain cooperation and commitment from subordinates and others, including Service Center personnel
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Â
5 years experience in automotive finance industry. Captive and prior automotive finance sales experience preferred.
BS/BA preferred.
