Director of Quality
AMTEC Precision Product's Inc., a manufacturer of high tolerance precision steel parts with facilities in Elgin Illinois, is currently in search of a Director of Quality.
This position will be responsible for the overall direction and coordination of our quality processes for a two plant manufacturing operation. You will develope and manage people and processes that effectivility and consistently enable our manufacturing operations to provide a product that meets and exceeds our customer expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related desciplineMinimum 10 years experience overseeing a quality function in an ISO/TS16949 environment servicing the Automotive industries.Significant experience working in a manufacturing organization with metalproducts produced on CNC and or Screw Machine operations.Proven management skills and attention to detail is essential.Exceptionally strong communication skills,both verbal and written with a proven ability to influence others.Proficiency with MS office products.
