Desktop Support Tier II and Tier III

Modis is one of the world’s largest providers of information technology staffing services and solutions.  Currently we have more than 6,000 information technology professionals on assignment worldwide.  We serve more than 1,500 clients throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.Contract to Hire (Expect 3-6 month conversion to Permanent) Location -  290 & Hollister, 77040Demonstrate a working knowledge of: Microsoft Windows XP; Microsoft Office Application Set; Internet Explorer Broadband, VPN and dial-up access; Wireless Technology (including broadband cards) Desktop and laptop hardware Handheld Devices, including Blackberries; Desktop Enterprise protection tools, such as Webroot SpySweeper and Symantec Anti-Virus etc.  Desktop Systems management tools, including, but not limited to: Altiris and Wise or SMS or LanDesk.
