Design Engineer - Chassis

We have immediate full time openings in Marysville, OH for candidates having knowledge/ skill set:

 

Ø Thorough understanding of the steering, suspension, controls, brake systems & fuel systems.

Ø In-depth knowledge of Suspension/steering related parameters like Camber, Caster, KPI, Toe, Slip Angles  etc and their importance.

Ø Good hands on CATIA V5 (3-4 years mandatory).

Ø Knowledge of Catia Modules like DMU (Digital Mock Up) & Kinematics Simulator Module.

Ø Simulation and Analysis Module for Sheet Metal Parts for Stress and frequency analysis of product assemblies.

Ø Tolerance stacking Analysis.

Ø Sheet Metal Experience (Brackets design)

Ø Good communication and presentation skills, team player, meet project deadlines, ready to work overtime (whenever necessary)

Ø Drawing reading ability.

 

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
