DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Kinedyne Corporation, the leader in the cargo control industry with manufacturing plants and distribution centers in North America and Asia, has an excellent opportunity at their Branchburg (Somerset County), New Jersey corporate headquarters for an experienced, degreed human resource professional with at least 10 years of generalist experience at a manufacturing company with multiple locations.
Our new Director must be a trusted business advisor on all HR matters to executive management and all locations, having demonstrated successful talent acquisition and retention, experience in all aspects of performance management including related benefit and incentive compensation plans, training, labor relations skills with all employee classes, and budget experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required to propose, write and implement policy and keep employees informed across multiple locations. Affirmative Action Plan preparation and experience in all aspects of ERISA compliance a plus.
SPHR, GPHR and/or international experience preferred. MS Office skills required – especially Excel – to pull and analyze data from ADP report writer. Position reports to CFO and includes supervision of one direct report Human Resource Assistant responsible for, among other things, payroll processing and administration, and dotted line direction of HR Managers at the plant level.
