DATA ENTRY/ADMIN ASST

Job Title: Data Entry/Admin Asst.
Basic Job Description:Working closely with Purchasing, Sales & admin personnel, you will provide a variety of administrative and date entry support and function. With minimal supervision, you will be expected to process various data and accurately report the results, contributing to an efficient operation.
Provide back-up to receptioninst as needed.
Reports to: Data Entry Supervisor
Specific Responsibilites include (but are not limited to):Collect, verify and input data and sales/purchase orders into automated system with minimal supervision Verify operational data and prepare various reports using Excel: inventory and production summary, maintenance/supply order tracking, etc. Coordinate with the Purchasing Manager to resolve purchasing related issues. Support the Purchasing manager in purchasing and inventory management activities; purchase order communication with some vendors; purchasing documents verification and preparation for payments; tracking incoming items; monitoring inventory levels; monthly reconciliation of physical inventory to recorded data, etc. Assist the Data Entry Supervisor with various tasks such as order entry, credit verification and sales data management. Other duties as assigned.
Environment Description:Office/Administration in an Automotive Aftermarket Company. Fast paced & fun environment.
Requirements:Ability to learn and use automated systems, such as BOM system, RF menu and addendum systems, and order processing system with training/supervision. Ability to interpret shop floor reports, which include batch sheets for processing of assembly of products. Ability to download data and prepare reports for inventory and production using Microsoft Excel(proficiency in Microsoft office tools required). Strong communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal and secretarial skills. Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and prepare the data according to established procedures. Must be a team player who can also work independently. 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
