Hawk Corporation is a global manufacturer of friction materials headquartered in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Its materials which comprise brake pads, clutch facings, and transmission components are found on equipment including aircraft, mining and construction equipment, heavy truck, agriculture equipment, power sports, motorcycles and military vehicles, to cite a few examples. Hawk operates primarily through its Wellman Products Group where products are branded as "Wellman", "Hawk" and "Velvetouch". We need a talented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This role will be responsible for Processing customer orders from receipt to completion, working with the customer and the manufacturing plants to assure timely delivery of product.
QualificationsMinimum of 2 - 4 years’ experience in customer service, administrative assistant or appropriate manufacturing role. Minimum of a High School Diploma; however, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration would be preferred. Must be familiar with working in a manufacturing environment. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
Experience with QAD operating system a plus.
