Qualifications for Inside Sales Coordinators:

 Must be service orientated while helping to drive sales in the branch. Experience with high-volume incoming telephone calls in a sales environment. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn a specialized program. Excellent communication skills Knowledge of automotive paint and/or automotive parts is PLUS!Knowledge of Cooling products, Radiators and Condensers a PLUS PLUS!

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Maintains friendly and frequent telephone contact with customers, implementing suggestive selling as appropriate and assists in problem solving and maintaining open communication.  By being familiar with the Keystone product literature, conveys product information and availability to customers. Dispatches delivery or orders, as necessary, to comply with customer requests. Informs route salespeople as to required customer delivery and/or pick-up of parts. Rebuilds old accounts by researching former customer listings, calling to find out what area of service we can provide and determining possible shortcomings we can correct to regain their business. Other duties as assigned.
