From start to finish you would be responsible for setting internal controls, inventory accuracies, working with the manufacturing processes to efficiently produce the best quality product.  Our Client is searching for a degreed Controller with five plus years of accounting expertise.
 
Attributes of the ideal candidate include:
 
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-  BS degree – Accounting with a minimum of five years accounting experience
-  Ability to solve complex problems, while implementing these solutions with the manufacturing team
-  Sound knowledge of cost accounting, setting internal controls, inventory accuracy, overseas account payable and receivables function
-  Strong Leadership and communication skills in dealing with all levels of the organization
- Must be comfortable working on the plant floor within the manufacturing setting
- Proven ability in working with General Ledger, month end and annual reporting responsibilities, dealing with audits and budgets
