SUMMARY: 

 

Under the direct supervision of the Call Center Supervisor, this position is responsible for making outbound calls, conducting surveys and setting appointments for our customers. Incumbents must maintain appropriate attempt level and meet quality standards.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Make outbound telephone calls, conducting surveys and setting appointments in a courteous and respectful manner

Adhere to company standards and procedures for the types of calls and customer reports

Other duties as assigned 

 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

 

Excellent verbal communications skills

Good written communications skills

Well developed social skills

Basic understanding of computers and related software
