Call Center/Customer Service

Great opportunity to join rapidly-growing company conveniently located in Richfield, Ohio near I-77 and I-271.We offer medical and dental benefits and paid vacation days in the first year. Starting rate between $9 and $11 per hour (plus premium for Spanish-speaking candidates), depending on experience and skill level.

Call Center Specialists handle inbound and outbound calls and data entry of notes into datatbase.  Training provided.

We manage leads for auto dealerships.  Using a scripted process, we speak with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle.  We gather information and set appointment via both inbound and outbound calls.  We also enter information into a database to send to the dealerships. 

We are seeking candidates with at least one year of customer contact, in person or over the phone, with professional communication skills, basic typing and computer skills, problem solving ability, willingness to learn and a great work ethic.

Other requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college a plus. Minimum
one year work experience.

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT/WORKING CONDITIONS

Must possess ability to work in a call center environment with moderate
noise due to numerous phone calls taking place simultaneously. The call
center is a standard office setting and uses standard office equipment,
including extensive use of a personal computer and telephone. Physical
requirements include an ability to lift and carry materials weighing up
to 10 pounds; vision to read printed material and a computer screen;
ability to type on a computer keyboard; hearing and speech to
communicate in person and over the phone.



This position requires minimal physical effort in an adequately lighted,
heated and ventilated office environment. Typically, the employee may
sit comfortably to perform work. However, there will be some walking,
standing and bending.
