Pick-n-Pull is looking for an Automotive Title Processor/Supervisor in our South Sacramento office.  You will act under the direction of the Title Processing Manager and will be responsible for the supervision of five or more employees in the Central Processing Unit.  This position oversees staff productivity in a high-volume processing environment.  Duties include interviewing candidates for staffing positions, training all new employees on paperwork processes and retail store processes, and work with local, State, and Federal regulations for purchasing, selling, and transferring ownership documents. This position will create, write, implement, and deploy verbal and written procedures to all of our retail stores and customers.  It will also be responsible for the complete due diligence to clear ownership documents with State agencies and process ownership documents with the Proper State Agencies for clearance.  Will also work with manager to create tools to increase efficiency and improve employee performance.

Weekly payroll system monitoringCompleting the new hire packet and orientation for all new employeesEmployee relations including but not limited to reviews, status updates, and terminationsKeeping assigned employee files currentOversee the tracking of all ownership documents not received and keep store hold list currentVerification of data entry and information accuracy prior to sending to the State for clearanceClear vehicles in system once paperwork is received back from the StatePull incomplete paperwork and put on holdTrack routing sheets to assure they are received from storesVerify the signatures are received on the routing sheet received obtain signatures if neededEnsure compliance with all regulationsMaintain and provide monthly reports for work completed.Ensure Due Diligence completed for all vehicles with paperwork issuesWeekly payments to Vehicle/Tow vendorsExtensive knowledge to train on company policies and proceduresExtensive knowledge to train on Store proceduresHandle multiple tasks and meet deadlinesKnowledge and experience in the automotive industry a plus
