The Business Operations Analyst will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the management team to analyze business processes and procedures and drive the company's operating and financial metrics. Through the analysis of web metrics, the Business Operations Analyst will also report and identify trends, issues and opportunities to improve online sales and service, site performance and overall user experience. This position requires close coordination with the online technology, user experience, creative, marketing and sales groups to make recommendations to effectively optimize online performance. This position will play a strategic role in the analysis of all clickstream, testing and e-commerce data.

Must have developed, implemented, analyzed, reported and updated online optimization plans. He or she will be able to develop an understanding of automotive industry technology, parts, and trends.
