Business Development Coordinator / Telemarketer

As a Business Development Coordinator, you'll be responsible for handling all leads that come in to our dealership, and maintaining quality relationships with our current customer base. Overall, you'll be instrumental in helping us increase overall dealership sales.

Responsibilities: Handle inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate
contact Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve
customer loyalty  NO "cold calls"

Requirements:Superior communication and customer service skills Excellent follow-through skills Solid working knowledge of the Internet Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to work flexible hours Ability to work independently Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude

We have an aggressive pay plan for this position which includes a base
hourly rate at $9.00 + commission.
