For more information about our company, please visit http://www.toyota.com/, http://www.lexus.com/ and http://www.scion.com/The Dealer Development Department of Toyota Customer Service (TCS) is looking for a “Body & Collision Business Development Consultant.” The Consultant is responsibility for the continued expansion of Toyota’s body shop initiative including support to existing dealer body shops through the Toyota Certified Collision Center (TCCC) program. In this role, you will provide collision industry-leading standards to improve the body shops' financial and operational performance. Additionally, the consultant will encourage dealer participation in the collision repair industry, as well as promote the marketing and sales of Toyota Genuine Parts to increase profits. This position requires extensive travel (50-70%). Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited too:1. Participate in Toyota in-dealership Collision Center evaluations with vendor(s), assuring compliance to established Toyota standards. Process TCCC enrollments, provide reports, complete and submit necessary dealer correspondence and documentation in a timely manor. Provide follow-up evaluations to improve dealer CSI and profitability with a goal of increasing customer retention and sale of Toyota Genuine Parts. Assess individual dealer performance and provide ongoing support through vendor coordination. 2. Build working relationships with dealer management, Toyota Management (TMS) and regional staff to increase TCCC enrollments. Provide continuous improvement between the Parts Department and Toyota Collision Center. 3. Develop business relationships with those companies allied to Toyota and the collision industry such as paint manufacturers, information providers, equipment suppliers, and educational organizations in an effort to maximize the utilization of resources available to dealers in the industry. 4. Support the objectives of TMS, TCS and the Body and Collision Development team by assisting team members to meet division and departmental goals. 5. Attend national association meetings, expositions and other industry functions to represent Toyota and support our dealers' business interests. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of collision repair, parts or dealer service experience.2. Strong organization and communication skills required. Time management skills are essential in this role. 3. Proficient computer skills using current software MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and Internet)4. Strong oral and written communication skills.
