Bilingual Korean/ Japanese Sr. Software Engineer

 

Well Established International Company in the Automotive Industry is seeking a bilingual Korean/ Japanese Sr. Software Engineer!

Job Purpose: Engage in Product Development and Software Solutions Follow and manage the software development life cycle Determine Operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions Must be experienced with embedded systems and software with familiarity in Electrical Control Units (ECU)/ Body Control System Will be involved with the use of Controller Area Network (CAN) systems Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear codes Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and providing recommendations for change in policies and procedures Provide information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing development and service issues Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming Will encompass the role of Program Manager and oversee the product development systems

 

Skills/ Qualifications:

-  A minimum of 5 years experience in the Software Engineering field with a focus in the automotive  industry and OEM relations 

  -  Highly desired Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Software

  -  Experience with C, C++ and embedded software

  -  Seeking individual who is bilingual in Korean and Japanese

  -  Must be willing to relocate or commute within South Korea (near Icheon)

  -  Experience in Software Design, Documentation and testing

  -  Must possess leadership qualities and the ability to communicate effectively

-  Ability to work well within a team environment and promote teamwork
