1.  Enroll employees in company benefit programs.

2.  Assist with COBRA Administration.

3.  Administer 401K Plan (to include enrollment, rollout processing and electronic file transmissions).

4.  Administer pension plan.

5.  Coordinate leave of absences and FMLA administration.

6.  Resolve employee benefit claim issues.

7. Prepare monthly insurance billings and reports as needed

8.  Assumes other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years benefit administration experience required.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: This position required sitting and typing for long periods of time.  Must have the ability to work

under conditions of frequent interruptions and be attentive to detail.
